Iβve always rooted for the underdog. As the Founder of Business Reach Marketing & Social Media and a long-time social media consultant, I strongly believe that I can make a difference in my community. By supporting hard-working, family-focused businesses, Iβve been privileged to connect with business owners that are just like me: driven and passionate, with a desire to grow and effect change. Helping my neighbours and my larger community succeed and reach more people online than they ever could have imagined is what motivates me every day. That, plus my family of course; I love the flexibility of working from home so I can be there for my kids.

Social media is such a creative and quick way to reach out to people; whether youβre at home or far away, it makes the world seem smaller. I grew up in small-town Saskatchewan before moving to Saskatoon to attend university and obtain a commerce degree. From there it was off to Calgary, where I worked for a staffing agency doing payroll and accounting. These days, I keep very busy with my three kids and all their activities, but I like to fit time in to enjoy hiking, skiing, and walks with my dog. I love the mountains β Iβve even climbed Mount Kilmanjaro! Working with Ona is my latest adventure. Besides the perk of being able to work from anywhere, I like how personal social media is; people can respond immediately, so we know what works and what doesnβt.
